Purchased this item 06/13/2010. IT DID NOT LAST THIRTY DAYS. AN ATTEMPT TO HAVE THE HARD DRIVE REPLACED UNDER WARRANTY, MET WITH ON HOLD AND CUT OFF. A PIECE OF CRAP. THIS UNIT WAS FOR A MENTALLY CHALLENGED LADY WHO NOW DOES NOT HAVE THE AVAILABILITY OF A COMPUTER. LAST TIME I WILL ORDER AN ITEM SUCH AS THIS.
